Due to Limited Availability and High Demand, we require a credit card at the time of booking. The card is not charged as it is only used to hold your selected appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, we kindly remind you that our business and the livelihood of others depends on you. At Colibri Spa, we have a 24 hour cancellation and no show policy. Please give us a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours) there can be up to 100% charge of the services you have scheduled. No-shows are subject to charging your card in full.

With great appreciation please give us more than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can allow others to share the joy of the Colibri Spa experience. We greatly value your business, and in return we ask you to kindly respect our clients and staff.

A Late arrival for your appointment can result in less treatment time, depending on availability. Late arrivals greater than 15 minutes will be considered a no show.

We are a no-phone zone. Please keep your phone switched off for the duration of your spa visit.

Gratuities of 18% to 25% are customary (varies depending on personal preference and the quality of the services received).

For parties and groups of three or more, there is an automatic 20% gratuity charge added to the bill.

Please share any special needs or preferences with our staff to ensure the highest quality and best level of service. Treatment and Series results may vary.

All specials and discounts are one per client only and cannot be combined with any other offers, packages, or specials.
