Due to Limited Availability and High Demand, we require a credit card at the time of booking. The card is not charged as it is only used to hold your selected appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, we kindly remind you that our business and the livelihood of others depends on you. At Colibri Spa, we have a 24 hour cancellation and no show policy. Please give us a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

Appointment Booking & Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed in advance. By scheduling a service at Colibri Spa, the client agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined below.

• Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled (deposit remains non-refundable)

• Confirmed appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the total service amount

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full

With great appreciation please give us more than 24–48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can allow others to share the joy of the Colibri Spa experience. We greatly value your business, and in return we ask you to kindly respect our clients and staff.

Group Reservations (3 or More Guests)

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all group reservations

• This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances

• A reservation is considered confirmed only after the deposit is received

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened or rescheduled. Late arrivals greater than 15 minutes will be considered a no show. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the booked service. In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours) there can be up to 100% charge of the services you have scheduled.

Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, the client authorizes Colibri Spa to charge:

• The required deposit at booking

• Any remaining balance in accordance with cancellation and no-show policies

Gratuities

Gratuities of 18% to 25% are customary (varies depending on personal preference and the quality of the services received). For parties and groups of three or more, there is an automatic 20% gratuity charge added to the bill.

General Policy

• We are a no-phone zone. Please keep your phone switched off for the duration of your spa visit.

• Please share any special needs or preferences with our staff to ensure the highest quality and best level of service. Treatment and Series results may vary.

• All specials and discounts are one per client only and cannot be combined with any other offers, packages, or specials.

• Prices and Services are subject to change.

Policy Enforcement

These policies are in place to protect reserved time, staff scheduling, and business operations. By confirming a reservation, the client agrees that all charges applied under these policies are valid and enforceable.
